Our quality management system is process orientated. All processes which have an input and output are termed main processes. Supporting these are the leading processes Resource Management and Surveying, Analysis and Improvement. The aim is to increase value thus resulting in a qualitative product. The process chain begins with the customer and his conscious and unconscious wishes and ends with complete customer satisfaction.

To protect the environment we use recycleable material and are continually reducing our energy needs. This is organised and regulated by our Environmental Management System.
